These come up often enough to answer here — none of them need a message.

Can I return or exchange something?

Yes — the terms are set out in the returns policy. If a piece has arrived wrong or damaged, use the form above and it will be sorted.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Orders are printed and fulfilled in North America. Ask about a specific destination before ordering and we will confirm what is possible and how long it takes.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Sometimes — it depends where the order is. Because pieces are made to order, production begins within a couple of days, so write as soon as possible with your order number and we will check.

Will anything ever be out of stock?

No. Nothing is printed until it is bought, so no size or colourway sells out.

How should I wash it?

Machine wash cold, inside-out. No bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print. Treated that way the print holds up to regular wear.

Do you do wholesale or collaborations?

Ask. Choose "Something else" above and tell us what you have in mind.

The quick answer: sizing runs XS–5XL, unisex, though the smallest and largest sizes are stocked in fewer colours — the size chooser on each product shows what is actually available. The most reliable method is to measure a shirt you already own and like the fit of, laid flat across the chest, and match that. If you are between sizes, size up.
