All Vatan Collective products are made to order.
Because items are produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product defects.
1. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect color selection
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error:
You may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- Contact us within 30 days
- Provide clear photos
- Include your order number
Returns are not required for damaged items unless specifically requested.
3. Resolution
Once verified:
- A replacement will be issued at no additional cost OR
- A refund will be processed to the original payment method
4. Refund Timing
Refund timing depends on your payment provider.
5. Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.
